At Gordon Smith, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new garments are not quite right, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure satchel.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
